The approach is personalised to the client's needs.

Objective is to meet the specific individual needs and challenges in the areas of personal improvement, executive effectiveness and organizational leadership.

Time taken for the intervention, depending on the requirement, can be anything from couple of sessions to six months to a year long interaction.

The process flow is in eight steps, which lead to the achievement of the individual learning and developmental goals. These Eight steps are as given below:

  • Initiation of agreement
  • Goal setting with the participant
  • Regular Interaction which is scheduled either as face-to-face meetings or remote access (email, e-chat, or telephone)

  • Assessing Insights by the participant (Inner sensibilities, resilience, etc)
  • Aligning insights to goals set at the beginning (building techniques and tools)
  • Consolidation and internalizing of Personal Analysis (the right attitude)
  • Creating a MentorCoach within the team (conducted at work)
  • Follow-up sessions with the external MentorCoach.

Each of the steps can be measured in terms of the desired outcome; modified behaviour and tangible results
